I have been using the above meds and have been rushed to hospital twice within 8 months with sepsis and double pneumonia. I genuinely think if I had left it a couple of days I wouldn’t be here! I came of the. Biologics because I was going to try a different one. Then stopped the methotrexate because I was on antibiotics and steroids. I have been off both for well over a month. For a long time, there was a list of many symptoms and if someone had a certain number of them, they were assumed to have Lupus. Now, I believe there is more advanced testing. Is there a self-test or a list of symptoms we can check off to determine if we have ITP? I have Celiac Disease, IBS, in the past, I have had MRSA, and colitis (very severe, with terrible bleeding and I was hospitalized) and another bowel-based illness that can be fatal that landed me in the hospital

I strictly follow a gluten-free diet, however, I am allergic to so many other foods that I am very limited in what I can eat (it's ridiculous). I do eat meat, but very little, and often a small amount of baked chicken.
I am sick all the time, so I wouldn't be able to do complicated recipes. My BF does all the cooking.
I guess I am curious if I have ITP and if there might be a simple way to deal with it.
