I have been using the above meds and have been rushed to hospital twice within 8 months with sepsis and double pneumonia. I genuinely think if I had left it a couple of days I wouldn’t be here! I came of the. Biologics because I was going to try a different one. Then stopped the methotrexate because I was on antibiotics and steroids. I have been off both for well over a month. I am now debating not going back on both the biologics and methotrexate, as I am now very scared I will not be so lucky next time I am ill. I would love to know other peoples thoughts and experiences.

Methotrexate and Biologics have been a lifesaver for me. Please talk to your rheumatologist before making a decision
