ITP bruises typically follow this pattern:

Day 1-2: Dark purple/red, tender to touch
Days 3-5: Blue/violet, less painful
Days 5-10: Green/yellow edges, minimal discomfort
Days 10-14: Yellow/brown, fading
They may be larger than typical bruises and appear without injury. If you notice unusual bruising patterns or excessive pain, contact your healthcare provider. Remember, everyone's experience can be different!
